Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Opened skincare, beauty, and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or faulty items? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we’ll replace or refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
