Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Opened skincare, beauty, and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Damaged or faulty items? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we’ll replace or refund.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
